- Transaction information: the services you buy (data, airtime, cable, electricity, exams, etc.), amounts, recipient phone/meter/smartcard numbers, wallet balance and payment references.

- Device & usage information: device model, operating system, app version and basic diagnostics used to keep the Service secure and reliable.

3. Payments & wallet funding
Wallet funding is handled through licensed payment partners using a dedicated virtual account assigned to you. We do not store your full bank card details. Payment partners process funding transactions under their own security standards and policies.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as necessary to operate the Service, including with:
- Service and network providers required to fulfil your purchases (e.g. telecom networks, disco and cable providers).
- Payment and verification partners that process funding or KYC.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive data in transit and at rest, secure credential storage on your device, transaction PIN protection and optional biometric authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
